Classes

Class times vary (60 – 90 minutes). Yoga mats and other props are provided by the instructor; however, you may bring your own mat if desired.

Try not to eat for at least 1 – 2 hours before yoga class. The body cannot move as quickly or as easily when it is digesting food.

Remember no shoes or socks are to be worn during class time unless an outside activity is part of class. Do wear comfortable stretching clothes ready for yoga and play!
